Who we are

The Career Care Seasons™ platform is operated by CALIBR Global Leadership Network, a U.S.-based organization providing executive career development tooling. Primary contact: info@mycalibr.com.

Hosting & platform

The application is delivered over HTTPS from a managed cloud hosting platform with enterprise-grade network protections. Customer data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security policies enforcing per-user access. Application secrets and API keys are managed outside source control.

Authentication & access

• Email + password authentication, with optional Google sign-in.
• Session tokens are scoped to the authenticated user and expire automatically.
• Server functions and database policies authorize every read and write against the signed-in user.
• Administrative roles are stored separately from user profiles to prevent privilege escalation.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest by the underlying managed database and storage providers. Application traffic is served over HTTPS with HSTS.

Data we collect

• Account info: name, email, authentication identifiers.
• Platform content you create: assessment responses, reports, Personal Power Circle™ contacts, briefing notes, commitments, and exports.
• Usage data: pages visited, interactions, and device/browser metadata used for reliability and product improvement.

Subprocessors & integrations

We use a small set of vetted subprocessors to operate the platform, including a managed cloud database/auth provider, a managed application hosting provider, an AI gateway for model inference, and email/transactional delivery. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising or profiling. A current subprocessor list is available on request.

Retention & deletion

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing info@mycalibr.com. Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

Cookies & analytics

Strictly necessary and functional cookies are used to keep you signed in and remember UI preferences. Analytics cookies are opt-in. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party profiling. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Vulnerability reporting

If you believe you have found a security issue affecting the Career Care Seasons™ platform, please email info@mycalibr.com with the subject line Security Report. We acknowledge reports promptly and ask that you give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure.

Incident contact

For suspected account compromise or data-handling concerns, contact info@mycalibr.com and we will route your request to the appropriate team.

Shared responsibility

We secure the platform and its underlying infrastructure. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, controlling who has access to information they enter into the platform, and configuring their own organization's endpoint and network controls.
